Over the years, Middle East has become one of the leading automobile markets of the globe. People are crazy about cars here. This is the reason why we see a number of world-known carmakers choosing Dubai and Abu Dhabi to announce the debuts of their finest cars.
The Lebanese automaker, W Motors recently manufactured Lykan, a hyper car, which made headlines around the world due to its heavy price tag of $3.4 million. Now the region is all set to introduce a stunning sports car called Dubai Roadster, which may give a tough time to Ariel Atom and BAC Mono in the sports car market.
The imaginary pictures of Dubai Roadster have been unleashed. The 2-seater owns an aerodynamic design that will help the vehicle notch up unbelievable speeds on racing tracks. The sports car has an aggressive front bumper, beautiful LED headlights and a ventilated hood. A prominent rear wing gives it the look of a proper racing car.
Apart from providing an exceptional design, the Emirati engineers are working hard to ensure great performance and are not ignoring even the smallest details, such as roll bars and racing harness.
While the sports car will be made on a tubular chassis with a carbon body, it will weigh less than 750 kg and will have the ability to produce about 400 horsepower through a V8 engine.
The car is still under development and it is difficult to predict the exact specifications; however, the Roadster appears to have a gold trim, a flat-bottomed steering wheel and sports seats.
Dubai Roadster is likely to be showcased during the 2015 Dubai Motor Show. I will keep my readers updated about future developments.
